About Tim Johnson
Hi, I’m Tim
Tim Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in HR, recruiting and leadership development. He thrives on working with executives and leaders to find the best fit - both for individuals and companies.
As the former Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting at Epic Games, Tim has experience leading global teams and architecting people and talent strategies for complex industries. He has worked with executive leadership teams to maintain highly performing and engaged cultures during periods of rapid scaling, while recruiting top talent that seamlessly integrates into existing teams and cultures.
